TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Melt and bring to a boil, butter, water and cocoa. Remove from stove. While hot add flour, sugar and salt. Mix well. Beat in eggs, sour cream and baking soda. Pour batter into greased pan. (Cookie sheet size with sides.) Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 c. nuts
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to a boil, butter, cocoa and milk. Remove from stove and add nuts, sugar and vanilla. Ice while warm.
