4 slices bread
1 box frozen spinach or French style string beans
4 eggs
1/2 c. grated cheese

Butter 4 pieces of toasted bread, place in shallow pan. Arrange well drained spinach in circle on each piece of toast; drop one uncooked egg in center of each spinach ring. Cover pan and bake in oven 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, grated cheese on top, broil just until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
