SPAGHETTI PIE (LOW-FAT) 
CRUST:

2 c. cooked spaghetti
1 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
4 tsp. melted butter

FILLING:

6 oz. cooked lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1/4 c. water
6 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. garlic
1 c. reduced fat cottage cheese
3 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Combine crust ingredients and spread over bottom of 9" oil sprayed pie plate. Cook filling ingredients in a large saucepan for 15 minutes. Spread cottage cheese over crust. Pour tomato filling over this. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
