SWISS BLISS 
1/2 tbsp. butter
2 lb. chuck or round steak
1 env. dry onion soup mix
4 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped, reserve juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. juice from tomatoes
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Spread the center of a 20 inch sheet heavy duty aluminum foil with butter. Place foil in 9 x 13 inch pan. Place steak in the center of foil. Sprinkle with onion soup, mushrooms, bell pepper and tomatoes. Season. Mix tomato juice, A-1 sauce, and cornstarch. Pour over meat and vegetables. Seal tightly. Bake 2 hours at 375 degrees.
