TACO SHELLS 
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs
5 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt

DOUBLE BATCH (16 to 20 shells) :
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Using a 10 inch non-stick pan, heat on medium high. Brush pan with oil or spray with Pam. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter in pan and roll around until covered. Cook approximately 1 minute on each side.
