DAWN KENT'S FROZEN CRANBERRY
SALAD
 
1 lb. fresh cranberries, frozen & ground
1 c. sugar

Combine and let set overnight. 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, lightly drained

Combine with above and let set overnight in refrigerator. Add 1 pint whipped whipping cream. Freeze in individual molds or in ring mold. Serve on bed of lettuce.

Keeps well unfrozen in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Keeps frozen for months. Grind cranberries while frozen, reduce mess and prevents juice from staining clothes and counters, etc. When in Ring Mold - makes a beautiful salad to take to a potluck dinner. Good as dessert too.
