GREEN CHILI SOUFFLE 
2 cans green chilies
1 lb. (Jack & Cheddar) cheese
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt

Split chilis and lay in greased baking dish. Cover with grated cheese. Mix eggs, milk, Bisquick and salt. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
