1 c. nuts, chopped 4 c. graham cracker crumbs 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 c. confectioners sugar 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (16 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces Mix nuts, marshmallows, graham crackers and confectioners sugar in a large bowl. Add chocolate to evaporated milk in a small saucepan. Heat and stir over low heat until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth. Cool slightly. Pour chocolate sauce over graham cracker mixture and mix well until all crumbs are moistened. Put into a 9 x 9 inch pan (lightly dusted with confectioners sugar) and press down in an even layer. Chill until firm. Sprinkle top with additional confectioners sugar. Cut into 24 squares. |
