2 c. finely ground graham cracker crumbs 1 c. chopped pecan or unsalted macadamia nuts 3 heaping tsp. instant coffee powder (optional) 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk 1/4 tsp. salt 6 oz. pkg. milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips Mix graham cracker crumbs, nuts, coffee powder, vanilla, milk, salt, and chocolate chips, stirring until blended. Pour batter into a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool slightly and while still warm, cut into 2 inch squares. Yields 16 brownies. |
