BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli
1/2 sm. onion
1/2 lb. bacon
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Cut broccoli into small bite size pieces, using only the florets. Add diced onion. Fry 1/2 pound bacon, add crumbled pieces to mixture. Shred cheese and add. Mix dressing in separate bowl (mayonnaise, sugar, and apple vinegar). Pour over salad about 1 hour before eating.
