BEE'S BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbsp. red cider vinegar
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1/2 c. raisins
8-10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Serve chilled. Serves 4-6.
