BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head broccoli
1 med. onion
1/3 c. chopped pecans
6 slices bacon, crumbled
1 head cauliflower
1/2 c. raisins

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sugar

Separate the broccoli and cauliflower. Dice tender stems, cover with water and refrigerator overnight. Drain and add onions, raisins, bacon and pecans. Mix well. Add dressing. Will keep several days in refrigerator.
