BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER SALAD | |
1 bunch broccoli 1 head cauliflower 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained, crumbled 1/4 c. minced onions 1/2 c. sunflower seeds 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. milk Break broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Add raisins, bacon, onions, and sunflower seeds. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and milk; spread over vegetables and toss. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 8-10. Chopped turkey, chicken, or other meat may be substituted. |
