BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. raisins
10 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled or 1/2 cup of Bac-o's (more or less to taste)

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in small mixing bowl. Stir until smooth. Cut up broccoli, cauliflower in a large bowl. Add onion, raisins and bacon (or Bac-o's). Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss. Refrigerate 2 hours.
