BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 heads broccoli, cut in bite-size flowerets, raw
6 slices bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. cashews

DRESSING:

1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cider vinegar

Cut broccoli into bite-size flowerets. Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the broccoli and bacon. Add the cashews when ready to serve.
