C.'S CHILI 
1/2 lb. pinto beans
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
2 lg. onions
Parsley
2 1/2 lbs. ground round
1 lb. ground pork
1/3 c. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. salad oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. salt

Wash beans; simmer and cover in same water until tender. Add tomatoes to beans and simmer. Saute green pepper, onion, garlic, and parsley in oil until tender. Add to beans. Melt butter and saute meats until done. Add chili powder to meat; cook 5 minutes more, then add to bean mixture.

Add remaining spices and simmer, covered, 1 hour. Top each serving with sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese, and onions.
