QUICK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can chicken rice soup, undiluted
American or Cheddar cheese
1 c. chow mein noodles

Simmer chopped celery, uncovered, in a little water 3 to 5 minutes. Mix chicken, undiluted soups, and celery together. Include the water you simmered the celery in. Put about 1 cup Cracker Barrel cheese on top and cover that with Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. You can stretch it a little if you serve it over cooked rice.
