ICE CREAM TOPPING 
1 (3 oz.) cooked pudding (chocolate or butterscotch)
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Mix pudding, water and sugar in a glass bowl. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stirring every 2 minutes. Remove and add 2 tablespoons butter. Store in sealed container in refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
