STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pie crust shell, baked and cooled
1 1/2 qts. strawberries
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Real whipped cream

Clean berries and leave whole. Mix 3/4 cup berries with water in saucepan and simmer 3 minutes. Add sugar mixed with cornstarch. Cook until thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from stove and add lemon juice and let cool. Fill pie shell with uncooked berries which have drained well. Pour cooked berries over top. Cover with whipped cream.
