BANANA NUT BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. salad oil
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan. Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl; beat on medium speed 1/2 minute or mix by hand until smooth.

Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until middle is done. Test as you would a cake.
