BISCUITS & BEANS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) pork & beans
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar or Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef in skillet; drain. Stir in next five ingredients, heat until bubbly. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole. Place biscuits on top of meat mixture and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 355 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
