1 lb. frankfurters, sliced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 env. sloppy joe seasoning mix
31 oz. can pork and beans
2 - 4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
10 oz. can refrigerate biscuits
10 (1/2") cubes cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a skillet brown franks and onion. Add seasoning mix, beans, sugar and catsup. Heat until hot and bubbly. Separate biscuit dough. Place cheese cubes in center of each biscuit. Fold dough over cheese, seal well. Pour hot mixture into casserole top with biscuits. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
