1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (31 oz.) pkg. sloppy joe seasoning mix
3 cans pork and beans
2 or 4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
10 oz. can biscuits
1 1/2 oz. cheddar cheese, cut into 1 (1 1/2 inch) cubes

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef and onions, drain. Reserve 1 tablespoon seasoning mix and set aside. Add remaining mix, beans, brown sugar and catsup to ground beef. Heat until hot and bubbly. Separate biscuits into 10. Fold dough over cheese, seal well. Shape into balls, roll in reserve seasoning mix. Arrange on top of mixture. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
