FRANK 'N BEAN BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion or 2 tbsp. instant minced onion
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. wieners, sliced
16 oz. can (1 3/4 c.) pork and beans
1/3 c. chili sauce
1/3 c. catsup
1 to 2 tbsp. brown sugar, if desired
1 can (8 oz.) Pillsbury Refrigerated Buttermilk or Country Style Biscuits
3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed corn chips
3 tbsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large fry pan, cook onion and green pepper in 1 tablespoon butter until tender. Stir in wieners, beans, chili sauce and catsup. For a sweeter flavor, add brown sugar. Simmer 2 minutes. Spoon hot mixture into ungreased 12x8 inch or 9 inch square pan.

Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits; pull apart each into 2 layers. Arrange 10 biscuit pieces over hot meat mixture; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Arrange remaining biscuits on top.

Combine corn chips and Romano cheese; sprinkle over biscuits. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. (Refrigerate leftovers.) 5 to 6 servings.
