PEPPER CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. bunch green onions, chopped fine, tops & all

Mix all ingredients together and shape into a ball (or 2 balls). Roll in black pepper. Store in refrigerator, remove to let come to room temperature for serving. Serve with favorite crackers.
