CRAB MEAT MUFFINS 
6 English muffins - split
1 can crab meat
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 jar Old English cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion

In bowl, mix butter and cheese - add all other ingredients except crab meat. Drain and squeeze crab meat good - mix well with other ingredients.

Lay split English muffins on a cookie sheet and spread mixture on each half. Cut each muffin in half, then quarters and then 1/8ths - 96 pieces. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Delicious!
