“MARTHA WASHINGTONS” IS IN:

MARTHA WASHINGTONS 
3/4 cup mashed potatoes
4-5 cups flaked coconut
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for several hours.

Roll into 3/4-inch balls. Dip in melted chocolate and set on wire rack or wax paper. Chill until set.
