SAUSAGE MINESTRONE 
1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
8 c. water
1 (28 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
5 tsp. beef flavor bouillon
4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 med. carrots, sliced
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 pkg. frozen cut green beans
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken
Grated Parmesan cheese

In large Dutch oven brown sausage, onion and garlic; pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients except beans, spaghetti and cheese, bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 1 hour. Stir in beans and spaghetti, bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until spaghetti and green beans are tender. Serve with Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 2 1/2 quart.
