GUILT FREE PANCAKES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat or buckwheat flour
1/4 c. oatmeal (quick cooking works best)
1/4 c. oat bran
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nonfat sour cream or nonfat plain yogurt
2 c. skim milk or no salt added buttermilk
2 egg whites or 1/4 c. egg substitute
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Oat bran and oatmeal may be omitted and extra flour of choice can be added to equal 2 cups.

NOTE: Batter may be thinned to desired consistency. Griddle may be lightly sprayed with Canola cooking spray if it is not non-stick.

Beat all ingredients in a medium bowl at low speed until smooth. Preheat a non- stick griddle to 400 degrees. Cook until tops began to bubble. Check bottoms, flip when browned to desired color.

Serve with lite syrup, honey, fresh fruit, low sugar jam, nonfat fruit yogurt or Butter Buds whipped table spread. (Recipe in leaflet inside box of Butter Buds). Enjoy. These are fat free, sugar free and salt free, and they taste great.

Careful, These may be salt free, but they certainly aren't sodium free.
