HOT CHICKEN SALAD II | |
2 c. chicken, cooked & cut up 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 tbsp. onion, minced 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. chopped or broken almonds (could also use pecans) 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. ripe olives 1 1/4 - 2 tbsp. pimiento, cut up 1 can chow mein noodles Mix together and set overnight in a casserole. When ready to bake, sprinkle a can of chow mein noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
