HERB DRESSING 
1/2 c. olive oil
1/8 c. wine vinegar
1/8 c. Balsamic vinegar (or 1/4 c. wine vinegar total)
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1-2 cloves garlic
Assorted fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, sage, thyme)
Salt and fresh ground pepper

This is the best combination but you can make up your own or just use one (especially cilantro).

Peel and press garlic. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy. Easy and delicious!
