TURKEY PASTA SALAD 
DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
2 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

SALAD:

3 c. cubed, cooked turkey or chicken
2 c. cooked, sm. shell macaroni
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. seedless red & green grapes, halved

Mix dressing ingredients; set aside. Mix salad ingredients together, then add dressing and stir until evenly coated. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Spoon salad into lettuce-lined bowl and garnish with a few grape clusters.
