1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with liquid
1 can (20 oz.) cherry pie filling
1 stick butter
1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 c. chopped pecans, optional

Ungreased 9x13x2 pan. Dump pineapple in pan, spread evenly. Dump cherry filling over pineapple, spread evenly. Dump dry cake mix over cherry filling, spread evenly. Dump pecans over cake mix, spread evenly. Slice butter into pats and dump over pecans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
