CHEESY COLE SLAW MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrots (1 med. carrot)
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp process American cheese
1/8 tsp. celery seed

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add vinegar. Combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, salt and pepper. Gradually add gelatin mixture. Chill until partially set. Combine chopped cabbage, carrot, cheese and celery seed. Fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into 6 or 8 1/2 cup molds. Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce.
