LEMON CHEESE CAKE | |
CINNAMON GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST: 1 packet cinnamon graham crackers, crushed finely 1/4 c. brown sugar 6-8 tbsp. melted butter Blend thoroughly. Pat into one 9 inch pie tin. PIE: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. hot water 1 (4 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 3 tbsp. lemon juice 2 pkgs. Dream Whip made according to directions Dissolve Jello with hot water. In large bowl cream the cheese until fluffy. Add vanilla and lemon juice, blend well. Add sugar, beat until smooth. Slowly add Jello, blending well. Fold in whipped Dream Whip. Spoon into 2 pie shells. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. |
