6 med. size potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter

Peel and cut potatoes in medium size strips or pieces. Put in cooker with 1 pint of water. Add white and brown sugar. Cook until nearly done, then add butter and cook until done.
