1 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
3 tsp. grated orange rind
3 tbsp. butter

Combine above ingredients in a small pan. Place over low flame. Cook and stir until sauce is thickened. When ready pour over cooked sweet potatoes in a baking pan or dish. Place in moderate oven and bake for 20 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more.
