SPACE SAVER SALAD | |
1 lg. can pineapple rings 1 sm. pkg. (4 serving size) red or green Jello 1 1/3 c. boiling water (you may use part pineapple juice and water to equal 1 1/3 c.) Drain pineapple, leave rings in can. Add water to Jello stirring until dissolved. Pour over pineapple rings. Put in refrigerator until set. To serve, remove from can and slice. Top each slice with whipped cream or cottage cheese. |
