HOMEMADE NOODLES FOR SOUP 
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Flour

Beat eggs, water and salt together. Put in a 1/2 cup flour and keep adding flour until stiff. Roll out very thin and let dry a few hours or sprinkle with a little flour if no time to let dry so you can cut them without sticking. Cut into noodles and put in your soup.
