NOODLE PUDDING 
1 lb. broad noodles
1/2 lb. melted butter (2 sticks)
1 pt. sour cream
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 lb. cream cheese
Crushed corn flakes

Boil noodles until they are al dente. Blend butter, sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and 5 egg yolks together.

In large bowl pour mixture over noodles. Fold in stiff egg whites. Pour into 9x13 greased casserole dish. Cover with crushed corn flakes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. After 1 hour, remove from oven and let cool. Cut into squares to serve.
