HOMEMADE NOODLES | |
3 egg yolks 1 whole egg 3 tbsp. cold water 1 tsp. salt 2 c. flour Have eggs at room temperature. Beat egg yolks and whole egg until very light. Beat in water and salt. Stir in flour and work with hands. Divide in 2 parts and roll out as thin as possible and partially dry before slicing. Mix with flour and dry before storing. Can be frozen. |
