1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. yellow mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 c. vinegar, white or dark
3/4 c. evaporated milk

In a medium sized bowl combine each ingredients in order given. You may need to add more evaporated milk. Dressing should be thick and creamy. Cover and refrigerate. Use for cole slaw, potato salad, macaroni salad.
