1 c. sour cream
1 whole green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
Buttermilk
Salt

Whip sour cream with small whisk or fork. Stir in chopped onion and crushed clove of garlic. Add enough buttermilk to make consistency of creamy salad dressing. Add salt to taste. Serve with any Garden Salad.
