CHICKEN SWEET AND SOUR 
12 pieces chicken, skinned
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 bouillon cube, 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Prepare sauce, then pour over chicken in electric fry pan; 1 hour, turn and add pineapple slices over chicken pieces. Cook for 1/2 to 1 hour longer.
