CHICKEN STACK UP OR "MOUNTAIN" 
Cook and debone chicken (thighs and breast). Save broth for gravy (you may also use chicken broth from the can). Thicken before serving. The "mountain" is listed in order:

Rice
Chicken & gravy
Chinese noodles
Peas (slightly cooked) or other green vegetable
Cheddar cheese, grated
Celery, chopped
Tomatoes & green onions, chopped
Pineapple, crushed (drained & cold)
Cashews or almonds, chopped
Coconut, crumbled
