HAM HAWAIIAN 
1 c. cubed or sliced ham
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. onion; optional
1/2 c. green pepper
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple tidbits or chunks, reserve juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cold water
Rice, cooked

Melt butter in skillet. Add green pepper and ham. Cook 5 minutes. Mix pineapple juice with remaining ingredients except rice. Stir into ham mixture. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Add pineapple; heat through. Serve over hot rice.
