HUNGARIAN PORK CHOPS 
4-8 pork chops

Saute pork chops in onion and small amount of oil until brown. Add 1 or 2 cups chicken broth or water. Quarter about 5 or 6 potatoes. Cover, simmer about 30 to 40 minutes. About 10 minutes before it's done add container of sour cream and about 1 tablespoon paprika.
