BACON WRAPPED WATER CHESTNUTS 
Marinate 1 small can water chestnuts overnight in the following.

1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. minced garlic

Wrap each chestnut with 1/2 strip bacon. Spear with toothpick. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, until bacon is crispy.
