CHICKEN AND RICE 
8 chicken breasts, skinned
3 c. minute rice
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Put rice in bottom of pan. Arrange chicken, salt, and pepper on rice. Add soup. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until tender. Remove foil the last 10 minutes of baking to brown.
