ELEGANT CHICKEN AND RICE 
4 chicken breast halves, skin removed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom slices
3/4 c. uncooked rice

Combine cream of chicken soup and milk. Reserve 1/2 cup. To remaining soup mixture, add 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix, mushrooms (including liquid) and rice. Pour into greased or Pam sprayed 9"x13" pan. Top with chicken breasts. Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken and top with remaining 1/2 envelope onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.

Cream of mushroom soup may be used in place of cream of chicken. Also, fresh mushrooms can be used, but increase amount of milk.
